What gets saved
For enquiries, continuing after entering your email saves your email, interest and answers as you go, even if you do not finish. This may include your name, business context, the help you want, budget and timing.
For the project brief builder, your details are saved when you select “Create my free brief”. This includes your name, email, intent, project answers and the structured brief. Draft answers remain in the page until you submit or leave.
Website analytics
Google Analytics helps measure visits, page use and successful enquiry submissions. Names, email addresses and the text you enter into forms are not sent to Google Analytics. Advertising signals and ad-personalisation signals are disabled.
What it is used for
Lewis Horne uses these details through Rex Machina to review your idea, assess fit and respond. A brief request becomes a Rex Machina lead. The enquiry guide is a questionnaire, not a live conversation with Lewis. The brief builder structures your answers using a fixed framework; it does not assess technical feasibility with an AI model or make a binding offer.
Voice and email
Optional dictation uses your browser’s speech-recognition service, which may process audio through its provider. This website stores the submitted text, not an audio recording. You can type instead. Avoid sharing passwords, customer records or other confidential information.
When email delivery is connected, the brief and your email address are passed to Resend to send your requested copy. The builder tells you whether email delivery is available and whether a send was accepted. Downloads are available independently.
Marketing is your choice
Marketing checkboxes are optional and start unchecked. Asking for a brief or submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. If you opt in, the preference is recorded for occasional AI-building ideas and offers from Lewis and Rex Machina; the enquiry form may also include The Fray. You can withdraw that permission by emailing Lewis. Visiting The Fray does not automatically sign you up there.
Storage and access
Enquiries and briefs are stored in this website’s database, hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Lewis and the service providers operating the website can process that information. It is not published. A short-lived hashed network identifier limits abusive submissions.
Access, corrections or deletion
To request a copy, correct your details, withdraw permission or ask for deletion, email lewisjhorne@gmail.com using the address attached to your enquiry.
